Job description


  • Taking an active role in onboarding, talent management, career management, offboarding processes.
  • Taking an active role in People & Culture projects, supporting and delivering organisational development projects.
  • Providing a wide range of support in the areas of employee relations, people engagement, talent management and organizational development,
  • Provide general operational and strategic HR Business Partner support,
  • Be able to develop effective working relationships with account staff,
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, mitigating legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance,
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team and employees to improve working relationships, build morale and increase engagement.
  • Ensuring that HR policies, practices and programs are aligned with the business and people strategies.

Job requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a business partner, preferably working closely with senior leaders in the technology industry.
  • Experience of implementing, maintaining and monitoring HR processes
  • Strong results orientation, customer focus and ability to drive results in partnership with HR team members
  • Excellent interpersonal, counselling, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
