About the role:
Following Italy's giant software development company, TeamSystem became a strategic partner to Mikrogrup; we are looking for a team member who takes bold steps with confidence, believes in the power of togetherness, and leads with passion in the role of “Integration Manager” in our rapidly growing and developing organization who will directly report to CFO at Mikrogrup and also have a dotted line reporting to the CEO Office - Integration Team at TeamSystem organization.
The role primarily focuses on driving Mikrogrup’s business development initiatives, actively participating in the M&A process, and leading post-merger integration for significant acquisitions.
The incumbent will work on high-priority projects/initiatives within multiple areas and functions of TeamSystem and Mikrogrup, developing such areas as business process modeling, launching new sales channels and strategic sales projects, developing new business units and vertical markets, etc.
The role will also support Top Management in setting the budget, monitoring the performance of the acquired companies, and helping them achieve their target growth through specific projects and integration initiatives.
The strategic projects and post-merger integration initiatives will be cross-functional, allowing the incumbent to interact with many Business Units and Functions within Mikrogrup and TeamSystem Group and have frequent exposure to the Top Management. In addition, the incumbent will manage the relationship with the acquired companies and their entrepreneurs/founders.
We are looking for someone who has;
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, emphasizing achieving results and managing the interactions and relationships with the acquired companies’ entrepreneurs, Mikrogrup, and TeamSystem autonomously.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and workstreams and to guide complex projects with multiple stakeholders; ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; ability to organize activities/tasks and to guide initiatives involving multi-functional teams with many colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and attitude in driving change across the acquired companies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations and to find alternative and practical solutions.
- Strong quantitative skills, including modeling and use of Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead/coordinate meetings with multiple participants/interactions.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience as a Consultant at Strategy and Management Consulting Firms.
- Alternatively, we also value experienced PMs coming from a career in Corporate Organizations, with 4-6 years of experience in Strategy, Transformation, Business Development, M&A, or integration of acquired businesses, familiar with working in a large organization (e.g., working cross-functionally/departmentally) and in fast-changing environments.
- Flexible in traveling for work.
- MSc in Economics or Engineering.
- English and Turkish proficiency required; Italian language skills preferred.
